Scope
The guarantee applies exclusively to monthly subscribers for the duration of an active subscription and provided their dues are paid on time. It does not apply to the Complete Foundation Package or to any standalone service. It is limited to work actually performed or managed by the Company within the scope of the subscription agreed in writing.

What it covers
Fixing technical errors resulting from the Company’s work in the store, in payment and shipping integrations, and in the settings we completed, at no extra charge, provided they are discovered and reported during the subscription term.

Response time
We acknowledge your complete report and reply within one business day, and set a schedule for resolution according to the nature of the fault. The period runs from the date the report is complete and the necessary access is available, excluding official holidays.

What it does not cover
Not covered: sales, profit or advertising-return outcomes; ad budgets; outages or decisions of third-party platforms and providers (store, payment, shipping, ads and others); any change or intervention by the client or another party without our knowledge; content and information supplied by the client; client breach of platform rules or applicable law; force majeure; new requests or enhancements outside scope, which are priced separately.

How to claim
Submit the report in writing to info@iceagency.sa with a description of the problem, the affected page and any needed screenshots, within 7 days of discovering it and before the subscription ends. Late or incomplete reports do not bind the Company, and the Company may access the accounts and permissions needed for inspection.

Remedy
The sole and exclusive remedy for an accepted claim is fixing the fault. If this cannot be done within the agreed time for a reason attributable to the Company, the subscription term is extended by the length of the delay, with no financial compensation or other liability, capped at one month’s subscription fee. The guarantee lapses upon late payment or breach of the terms.

Monthly: for businesses that already run, with their own accounts and ad pages, we manage them and operate defined parts of the business continuously, backed by the Golden Guarantee.
Is storage part of the Foundation Package?
Yes, its scope is set according to the quantity and size of your products.
Does the Golden Guarantee cover the Foundation Package?
No. The Golden Guarantee is exclusive to monthly subscribers.
Can I run the store myself after handover?
